Hi! I'm David—a Central Coast photographer, casual oil painter, and avid pickleball player who believes the best portraits come from genuine connection, not stiff poses.

For more than 25 years, I've been helping families, couples, and professionals create natural, timeless portraits throughout Paso Robles, Templeton, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Cayucos, and the surrounding Central Coast.

One of the things my clients appreciate most is that I come to them. Whether you're staying at a beautiful vineyard estate, an Airbnb, or a vacation rental—or simply have a favorite outdoor location—your portrait session happens where you're already making memories. There's no rushing across town or trying to coordinate multiple cars—I bring the entire portrait experience directly to you.

My photography style is relaxed, natural, and connection-driven. I'll guide you every step of the way without making you feel overly posed, allowing genuine smiles, laughter, and the relationships that matter most to shine through. It's an approach that works especially well for young children, grandparents, and large extended families.

When I'm not behind the camera, you'll probably find me out on the court (most mornings!), at the easel working on a coastal scene, or just enjoying everything our beautiful Central Coast has to offer.
