As I wind down finalizing album designs and complete shipping for my 2009 couples I thought it would be fun to share an album that I just completed for Patrick and Dana’s wedding that I did in Napa this past summer. I do all my own layout designs, keeping them simple and clean. No funky backgrounds, drop shadows and clutter. Couples pick out 50 of their “must-haves” I then add several of my own selects that complete the “story” of the day. After printing I ship to New York for mounting and binding at Renaissance. All albums are full grain leather with an elegant and rich expresso color. Yum, Yum. Here is their album.

The Cliffs Resort in Shell Beach was the setting for a day drenched in sunshine and a whole lot of love, passion and joy. I am always blessed to photograph couples that honor their families, heritage and cultural traditions. Galeet and Alon have an amazing array of family and friends who have a deep love for life, love, celebration, and dancing. As always it was a delight to with work alongside Corrine Samu Smith of Panacea Floral Design, Curtis Nemetz, videographer and Anna Fergus, coordintator at the Cliffs. Dana and Patrick celebrated their wedding at the Rutherford Grove Winery nestled in the foothills of the Napa Valley. Another magical wedding in the kingdom of luminous landscapes and enchanted light. It’s always a delightful experience shooting at one of my favorite San Luis Obispo venues, the Holland Ranch. I am doubly blessed to photograph couples such as Nathan and Kelly. Ever since I shot their Engagement photos, I knew they would be a wonderful couple to work with. Kelly was actually an assistant of mine for a while. They both have infectious smiles and hearts full of joy, love and a thankfulness for God, life, family and friends. Wedding Coordination and Florals by Adornments.

Less than a year ago I had the privilege of photographing Vivian’s sister, Audrey’s wedding. It’s always an honor to photograph siblings. Vivian and Blake were married under a canopy of oak trees at the historic Portola Inn in Atascadero. Each and every detail of the day was exquisite. Congratulations Vivian and Blake.
